I am in need of more flow... anybody got some?

LOL Anyway, I need to add flow to my tank. I was thinking of an over the rim CL with a mag 7 feeding a Scwd-->2 outlets.

I know that people who have used scwd and claim a reduction in flow. I would do this or maybe get one of the new Koralia pumps, maybe a 6045...

Opinions?

what size tank is this going on?

i have tried the over the tank cl, and with all the high flow pumps out or coming out i don't think that it is worth the troubl; a mag 7 after head loss is only going to get you around 500 gph for a lot of electricity, you are much better off running a 6025

the nanostreams are great, and great customer service

I am sort of with you on that. With a CL, I wont be incurring too much head loss. The tank is 18X36. I have a CL already on a T4, I just am not getting the flow from that, so I was thinking I would drain the tank a bit, drill two more holes for the CL outlets in the tanks eurobracing, and do an over the rim feed to the pump for now. I dont really have the cash right now for the 6045. I do have everything necessary for the CL.
The other reason for the CL is the advantage of adding a Scwd and hopefully some timeupgrading to an OM Squirt.

Ok, so beefing up the CL may not be best right now. Im looking to a tunze product. After speaking with Jgoslee, he feels the flow on the 6025 is not enough. Our tanks are of similar sizes 18x36.
So is the 6045 worth the extra? I'm hearing that there is a mod to the 6025 that will add flow? anyone heard of this?
