I have a mag 9 that flows through my chiller an than from the chiller to the tank. Do you think this is enough flow for my tank or should I have a separate pump for my chiller?

you should have a separate pump for the chiller. they do not require much flow at all. too much flow and the chiller will not be doing its job. look up the specs for your chiller, it probly only requires less than 100gph

I did it said any where from 260 to 960
What size tank are we talking about? Do you have and accelerator on the return line?
