I have a 48x18x24 90 gallon. I have one jebao ow-40 capable of up to 4000gph and wavemaker settings. Then I have a couple 800gph fixed powerheads. If I run with the 2 800gph pumps what gph should I set the jebao to? I plan on running mainly softie and lps but a couple sps later on. I don't have any additional pumps besides those in the tank

This really can't be answered without being there, seeing your tank, coral placement and how they're reacting to the flow. I'd try to maybe have the ow-40 on one side (opposite where ever your return comes from) and start there. The 800 gph power heads probably won't be doing much, you're likely better off getting another jebao pump to run opposite the ow-40.

See how the animals like the flow, see if you're getting dead spots (spots with little to no flow) and adjust accordingly. You may be able to use some of those fixed power heads to get flow to the dead spot areas.
