Flow in a 20g nano

Hey, I am still struggling a bit to get my mp10qd on the right flow for my tank. I am using pulse mode speed is the 5th light and frequency is also the 5th light. This setting seems to be the best so far but I am still not achieving that nice flow look. What settings does everyone use on there mp10? Mine is position in the upper front left corner.

I admittedly do not use ecotechs but i found having at least 2 powerheads easier to make turbulent flow a lot easier than 1. For me one sided powerheads is restricted to my freshwater tanks to recreate river flow. Imo anyway.

It’s difficult with just one. With lps you might have better luck with reef crest or lagoon-on a high %. Pulse is great for sps but it works best with multiple pumps.
