Flow in a 38gal. nuvo

Any of u other owners out there change ur flow to grow sps and if so what mods did you use. I currently am running the stock pumps plus 2 spin heads, and a jbj
Duo with wavemaker that are 500gph. Is this enough flow or do I need more?

ok went and bought a koralia 750 and use it with the wavemaker , all seems to be well now
