Flow meter question

I’m looking to install a flow meter so I can measure the flow that is going into a UV Sterilizer. Is space is an issues, am I able to install the flow meter on the output side of the sterilizer to measure how much water is going out which would tell me how much water is going in?

As long as there is no water being taken off to somewhere else before the flow meter you will have the correct flow reading.

Right, there won’t be. Water will go from a gate valve to the UV sterilizer, then out to the flow meter. This is good news then! It makes fitting equipment in the cabinet easier haha. Thanks!
