My rs 250 is about ready for some SPS. I was thinking about running 2 icecap gyres 2k for flow. Would this be to much? I also have sum lps on the lower part of the tank. Torches,hammers, frogspawn and gonis

It should be fine as long as you rotate them on and off. That way you get nice movement both directions. The sps should break some of the flow down before it hits the lower flow corals.
