Does GHA like fast or slow flow rate, or does it even matter? I have a fuge that I’m going to be using more like a giant algae scrubber and want to maximize GHA growth.

A faster flow rate would prevent detritus accumulating on the filaments. In general, all algae benefit from water flow.

They like Light (white) and inorganics as well as environment with elevated phosphates and even nitrates

It’s a nuvo 25 that came with a 320 gpg pump.. I’d like to think that’s enough but I’m wondering if I should put a more powerful return pump in it

You may have to experiment. If 320 gal/hr looks sluggish, roughly double it.
