Flow rate help

Is this to much flow it’s a aquatop 24 gallon aio cube the clowns seem to love the zoanthids and don’t leave and the shrimp likes the back side of the rock clowns don’t swim around as much as they used too maybe they have just hosted to my zoa’s

Flow seems to be ok. I don't shoot for specific numbers on flow, I make sure everything is moving the way it should be.
On a side note, your Zoas seem to be stretching. This is sometimes an indicator that you need to increase your light.

A bit high. Cut to moderate then adjust accordingly
Coral should be swaying in the curre, not bent over or vigorous

thanks guys never heard of stretching and thought my lights might be to strong my frogspawn could grow better same with my torch

The only way to know for sure is to rent/borrow a PAR meter.
Also, I stand by what I said before about flow. I think it's fine. Especially after seeing your second video.
 
693gph for a 24g cube? Turnover is 29x per hour. Extremely high. Maybe I'm not understanding. Normal guidelines are 4-7x turnover per hour and other methods such as Triton go as high as 10x. Cheers,
