flow rates, need help figuring this out

so I have a 75 gallon tank, a few palys and one green polyp. Just one fish at the time right now. (striped blenny). for filtration I have ;
2 aquaclear 110's one filled with marine biopure anf live rock rubble, and the other filled with live rock and cheato.

I only am running one powerhead at the time. a cheap one , Aquaneat 800 gph.

In your opinion do you feel this is enough flow? what do you suggest?

it hard to tell. it depends on what your coral needs are and if you have any dead spots (areas that flow doesn't reach to and where waste and detritus accumulates)

I agree with the above comment…. Depends on lots of things , dead spots etc. personally I like having high flow…. Or atleast the option to be able to turn it up and get High flow from time to time…. Help kick up any food uneaten etc

That’s fine, your 10 times volume turnover with light coral load.
If you can create any random flow, even better.

If you were heavy stocked SPS, I’d be reaching 30-50x, random and from multiple directions.

This tank below, a 65g with only 1 Aquaclear.
