I have a 6' 125G with the rockwork pretty much in a straight line down the middle of the tank, with just a few pieces that jut out toward the front of the tank at the bottom. My flow wasn't adequate with just two Hydor Koralia 750/850 GPH and one rated at 565 GPH. I was planning on upgrading to two Gyre XF350s on either end, but I came across a deal for two Jebao WP60s and a Gyre XF130 all like new for $200 total. Now I have to figure out placement for these and would like some help. My thought was to put the Gyre on one end and the two Jebaos on the other, one aiming toward the surface and the other more toward the bottom. The Koralias I can add after I see where any dead spots are or to increase flow toward my two euphyllia, a torch and a hammer. Right now all my corals are just frags.

Any suggestions?

Just a thought, but rater than having them flow at each other, how about the gyre at one end and the 2 WP60s at the middle and 3/4ths of the way down the back wall aimed at the front of the tank? At least that way one end of the tank doesn't have to have pumps in view.

It always seems to me that I get more random flow (which I think is better) if I run pumps at 90 degrees from each other.
