Hi All!
I have a 65 Gal AGA Reef ready mixed Reef tank. Currently have a single MP-40 on the left side of the tank. This causes my sand bed to erode away from the right side of the tank and pile up on the left side. Any suggestions for a 2nd powerhead? I'm thinking either another MP-40, or an MP-10. But where to place it? My tank is viewable from the front and the right side. (Front is in my living room and the left in my dining room) should I have them opposite from each other?

All suggestions welcome and appreciated!
Thx!
Brian

Here's a tank shot...

As much as I love my MP40s, for your application I’d say look into a Gyre maybe or a Tunze. The Gyre can be placed up high and the Tunze can be place in the back corner and aimed in the direction you need to counter the MP40.

Thanks for your feedback. I really wanted to have them connected through reeflink, so I went with another MP40. I have it placed on the right side of the tank. I can live with the appearance for now.
Now to figure out the programming...
Any suggestions?

Using reeflink, do I need to make one a master and one a slave?
Sync or antisync?
Is there a repository for templates anywhere?

Thanks!
Brian
