Flow suggestion

So I have a 20 cube and just ordered an mp10. Currently I have a hugger nano and a random flow generator on the return.

Looking to see if anyone has a similar tank for recommendations on settings and power. Tank is all softies and lps with a fine sand bottom.

I want to put it near the top for surface agitation but want to avoid having a dust storm in the tank.

turn it up until you get a dust storm then turn it down
