Ok, so I'm a little stumped. I have a BRS Dual chamber reactor that I obtained with no pump so I have it hooked to a DC3000 return pump slowed all the way down. Here's my issue. If I put the recommended amount of ROX 0.8 carbon into either one of the chambers, regardless of what my return pump is set to, flow after about an hour becomes almost nill if nothing more than a slight trickle. Am I doing something wrong with how this is set up????

What kind of sponge are you holding the carbon in place with? If it's a right one they get clogged quickly which will zap your flow to almost nil.

Just the ones that came with the replacement cartridges that I bought from BRS.

Well still check the sponges to make sure they aren't clogged.
How are you feeling the reactor, a manifold or a small pump?

Separate DC3000 return pump in the last chamber of my sump.

What do you have the pump turned down to? Are there any high restriction type valves in the setup like hate or needle valves?

Nope, no major restrictions, I tested it with other types of media with no issues. Just the ROX 0.8.
