I have a 55 gallon my filter is a fluval 405 and I have nano fans ,2 aqueon acp700 and 2 aqueon acp500 is that too much. Everything seems to like it so far?

As long as your happy with them, its fine. The Fluval does not add into the equation. 2400gph is good stuff.

What type of corals?

Actually those Fluval cans put out a decent amount of flow if there isn't any mechanical media in them because they are not pushing against a head (since the siphoning water is cancelling out the head) and that 304 pushes around 250gph in a nice wide pattern. Before I had a sump I used a fluval 205 can acting like a reactor (GFO and GAC) and it added very significant flow to my 20g. I had to remove one of the Koralia Nanos because it was too much flow!

Canisters will significantly add to flow (unlike a HOB) if there isn't any mechanical filtration inside to slow down the flow.

I keep media in my filter ,cleaning cloth , carbon, sponges and those little ceramic bio things, as for corals I have a Kenya tree coral, a Duncan and green star polyps all frags , all doing great actually seem to be growing
