flow??

I have a 47 gallon bow front. I have a wp-25 and a hydor 800 I think. I can't seem to have the flow I need to keep the cyno at bay and keep the sand in place. This is an earlier shot.

To much flow aimed at the surface perhaps? Not enough going directly at the sand bed.
 
Just part of the tank maturing (notice how I could tell how old it was?) Just siphon out what you can and it will eventually go away all on its own.
 
Put the 25's centered on ends about 1/3 down from top point at ea other cycle them like every 10-15 min. Run them up as high as you can without creating sand storm will give you good counter flows and get a good cuc.
