By this video can you tell if my flow is to high or low?

I can’t see the video, but I think more is almost always better. I have some LPS, alveopora and hammer, that are getting blasted by an MP-40 that have great extension. As long as it doesn’t look the like coral is retracting because of the flow, you can probably add more.
 
I can’t see the video either. If SPS, don’t be afraid to blast. For LPS, they will show you if they’re not happy by closing up. I prefer lots of flow with random movement. You’d be surprised by how much flow corals can take. The ocean is a beast and I see so many tanks these days with hardly any flow.
 
ok sounds good I turned the "powerHead" into a different spot so I will give it some time and see how they do thanks :)
 
Is there a pump that I can buy to replace my current one? The flow is already turned down all the way I have a 10 gallon Nuevo tank
 
If thats the lowest than just keep it there and make sure when you place corals that they arent getting blasted. you should be fine
