Just set up a waterbox marine x 110 4 for now will be fish only eventually will add some LPS, my question is I have 1 mp40 and flow seems to be great(maybe too much moves the sand quite a bit) was originally going to have 2 MP40s but now think 1 may be enough?

For a FOWLR, you’re good with 1. I run 2 MP40s on my mixed 120 and only run them at 60% right now.
