Hey , just purchased a flower pot coral , put in tank yesterday and this morning it was all out and flowing and now my clown fish think it is a anemome and it has suck all polyps back in my question will the coral get use to it are is this going to hurt the flower pot.

It's kind of hard to say, but being that a Goniopora is not really the easiest coral to keep to begin with, this constant interaction is not really a good thing IMO. GL.

I would give it a few days see what happens. He might adjust and be OK... Just pay close attention to it...

Give it time
The lfs I used to go to had a beautiful goni and a pair of snowflakes that it hosted. And it was always out and happy!
Whenever clowns rub up on anything anemone or coral they are always going to be iritated a little, but I think it will be fine. Keep the water clean and flow easy!
