flower pot in reef

What material? Plastic, most likely but make sure it doesn't have or made from bad chemicals. Ceramic you are probably good with.

[HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG] and they may have better answers.

I have seen it done before with the ceramic onces.

If it's a flowerpot...pot then you should be fine but it would not hurt to wash it off with RODI water first

I don't think clowns will like this as much.
They might like the clay below better.

Its a clay flower pot I have seen thim in tanks for breeding clowns but I am wanting to put it in my reef tank like my display with all my coral I haven seen that done be for so I figured I better ask first

You mean Miracle mud?

No I haven't but Michael Paletta has 6 tanks running with Miracle mud in his sump for years.

Btw, you can interrupt my conversations anytime but I just put you on a hold for a minute. ;)

I am not sure if flower pots may contain chemicals or any other sort of residue.I would soak the whole thing in a bucket for at least a day.Just for fun.
