flower pot not opening (here we go again)

so I have this flowerpot coral (goniapora) it has been closed for 5 months and it isn't dead that's for sure since I can see the tissue ,but 0 polyp extension .
parameters are on spot ,moved it around tanks , changed its position no hope . any ideas on how to "encourage" it to open back up ?

Had this happen a couple times. I started dosing phyto and weekly spot feedings.
