I have two green flowerpot corals that seem to be really struggling. I think they are pretty much goners, but I would like to get some new ones because they provide great movement in the tank. Anyone have any tips for care?

I recommend the Red Goniopora type: Goniopora planulata. The link below in one of the best references I have found regarding the care of Goniopora.

Take note that this is a coral that really needs some supplemental feedings, it tolerates and enjoys higher levels of dissolved organic carbons (elevated nutrient levels). Lower in the tank on the sand bed with mod to lighter flow, mod lighting.

It's easy to make your own Goniopora food, but you can purchase foods such as GonioPower specifically made for that coral time.
