Flucanazol and chemiclean?

I just dosed reflux,and turned off my skimmer to rid some GHA
I also have cyanogen so I'm thinking to dose chemiclean tomorrow while the skimmer is still off
Thoughts???
I dont mind taking things slow but the reeflux is a 10-14 day process

You need to have really good aeration with the chemi clean so wait until after the fluc treatment to do it .

I can add an air stone and I just removed the skimmer cup,,kept the skimmer running for aeration....
