Fluconazale- how long before noticeable

I put 300mg in my tank on the weekend. What and when should I see affects

What are you trying to treat? For bryopsis you should see some going white within a week.

300mg? What size is your tank. Search the forum for the my battle with bryopsis using fluconazole thread. It has great info, including dosing. I can’t link it as I’m pretty much blind. For me back in the day, a day or two and some will start turning silver. It takes a long time for the full treatment. Do not stop early as it will come back.

I noticed bryopisis changing within a couple of days. Did a 16 day treatment and it killed the bryopsis along with some gha

I just had bryopsis on two rocks, I saw serious degradation within 2-3 days, within a week both patches were gone.

yes the dreaded bryopsis. I wanted something to eat it but apparently I can not buy lettuce slugs in Australia.
One wonders how the GBR handles bryopsis. Something must eat it or are nutrients that low it never grows there

It's a 30 gal tank
