Fluconazole and Flat Worm Exit?

Would it be a problem for both of these to be in my tank at the same time just before doing a 30% or so water change?

And running lots of carbon. I'm at the end of a Fluconazole treatment and wanted to zap some red bugs just before I did a big water change. I may do a 60% now that I think about it.

I do not recall knowing what flatworm exit is, and knowing effects of different medications dosed simultaneously is very hard to determine without testing. But more than likely it is ok.
