fluconazole and large ‘fuge

I need some advice on fluconazole.
A little about my system. Display is a 60 gallon cube, mixed reef mainly sticks and euphylia, drains down to basement sump which is 75 gallons, the return pump pulls from here and splits the flow back to the display, and to a 90 gallon fuge. The fuge is mainly chaeto, but has some caulerpa in it as well. The display has had a minor bryopsis problem for a while now, and has progressively gotten worse to the point I’m ready to treat.
My fear is that dosing fluconazole will crash the fuge, and then my tank. I think I’ve read it’s safe with most macros, but would love to be reassured by someone that has a decent fuge and treated successfully.

I can say I have used fluc to kill briopsis, gha and turf. I dont have any macros so I really cant attest to how it would affect it but how it's worked on everything else green I'd be worried. Can you take the fuge offline and run it by itself for a few weeks?

Yeah. It would have to run with a bubbler or something to move the water around a bit. But it is possible.
Any other thoughts?
