I've just bought some fluconazole for my system to tackle bryopsis. Is the dosage on the bottle for fish treatment the same as you would use for the whole tank treatment of algae?

Reeflux is 200mg a pill. I believe. So full dose is 10 pills for 100g of waterAlright, how much of a bottle of reef flux is 20 mg/gallon?
Old thread but it came up in a search and I wanted to add to your experience. The recommended dosage is 20 mg/gallon. However, I and others will tell you that 1/2 that dose works and is less stressful on corals. I will also tell you it will likely take multiple treatments. In other words, after you have treated and run carbon at the end, Bryopsis will likely come back (might be a month or so later). This is why I quit using full-doses as it was affecting some acros and maybe other corals. I used a half-dose and had the same results in killing Bryopsis but no effect on any corals (I'm not sure some didn't look even better). When you see new growth, just hit with another dose and run the treatment cycle. It took me 3 treatments, and it has been 1.5 months since I removed the last dose with carbon, and no Bryopsis has come back so far.
