So I've been using fluco for a few years now it works very well for me for bryopsis. It does come back and I end up just retreating as maintenance no big deal. I let it go a little too long this past time with my work schedule so I treated again about two months ago. I bought enough to do a second dose a week or so later just to ensure it all died. It was seeming to take a little longer than I had hoped so I purchased more and dosed two more times a week and a half or so apart. So I've basically done four doses in a 4-6 week span.
I have also been dealing with a really bad bubble algae problem and it has seemed to be completely dieing off as well. I can not even tell you how happy this makes me because it is the absolute worst right next to bryopsis. I do not know if it was the amount of fluconozole I've been dosing or a coincidence of other things but I am pretty sure it is the fluconozole. Wish I could be 100 percent sure it was but figured I would throw it out there if others were interested. In trying. I have a lot of coral and nothing has been affected fish are fine. I have not been running my skimmer for this period of time as well or carbon. Didn't do a water change until last weekend.
