I’m wondering if Fluconzanole has any type of interference with tests? Reason I ask is I tested MG with a salifert test, got 1200. Then later I added my Fluconzanole treatment, 400 ml of MG to start raising it, let that all settle for about an hour and just got back to back readings of 1160 for MG.

Would the Fluconzanole interfere and alter the test?

Agreed, and I’m trying to keep that in mind. The test showed it went down after I dosed so it could be within the error if the test but wanted to see if the Fluconzanole would impact the results at all.

That difference of 40 ppm is likely variation in the rest method.
