Fluidized Reactor with Chemi-Pure: bag or no bag?

I have an IM Sump reactor and love it, but unsure if I should be using the pouch that chemi-pure elite comes in or just cut the pouch and dump the media into the reactor.
Thoughts?

Im not familiar w that media but I have a Dr.Tims mini ractor n it too does great too. Cheeply mase n superglued together but works great w his N.P. pearls. Those i just dump in but if the media is fine or light Id use bag. Before I used the pearls I put carbon in and it worked great but some carbon would escape into sump while others sank and churned as supposed too. Check w someone who knows the media or try bag first?
