I been battling Fluke for the last 6 months using Praziquantel powder, my question is what is the correct treatment after first dose, I been told wait a week to see how tanks doing then I been told only one treatment and then lastly right after first treatment (5-7 days)do second treatment after 25% water change. Even the days from first treatment how long treatment should be everyone has a different opinion on days. My tank is a 600 gallon fish only. Any help would be appreciated on duration and treatment to finally get rid of the Fluke.

just been using Prazi powder and actually last one double dose waiting for 5th day to do 25% water change and hit it one more time with Prazi powder
