Hi.
After Useing Brightwells Phosphate E to rid my Tank of planeria flatworms along with reducing P04.
Would the same product be capable of killing of Flukes.
Any input would be appreciated.

Prazipro, freshwater dips and cleaner wrasses are the immediate methods that come to mind.

No way to answer this. Where did you get the idea that it would help?

For the original Planeria problem it was after reading this .

Flukes being a type of flatworm just mulling over the idea of it Phosphate E being effective.
Not the best solution perhaps .
Dips prazi etc are the goto but this might be a In tank treatment .
Depending on the situation.

Idon’t know if that would work, never tried or.
Even praziquantel has issues with control as it doesn’t kill flukes outright, just stuns them. Once they fall off the fish, they can’t return. Coral flatworms would be able to climb back on the coral unless you use it as a dip like they did hete:
