Flukes on my clown fish????

I looked at my clown fish and I see him steadily swimming in the current and more towards the top. His behavior is different. I also saw him scratching his gills on the return nozzle. I don't see anything on him as of signs just behavior like I said before. What do y'all think?

I can't see anything either, but swimming into the flow of a powerhead suggests velvet. When was the last wet thing added to the tank? Any of the fish QT'd? If yes, then what did you use to treat with? How long has he been doing this?
