So I noticed my new Emperor Angel twitching and acting funny. Are these flukes? I gave him a 5 minute fresh water bath in temp matches rodi, and air before hand.

These whites circular things weren’t in bucket before.

Are these flukes??

Not sure I want to treat my entire system.
Can I dip the fish in prazzi instead?

You can, but odds are he has already shared flukes with other fish in your tank.

How many days or weeks would it take for flukes and or parasitic worms to die in the display tank if the display went fallow?

I have done Prazipro in a full reef tank 2 times. 1st pull all Chemical media out for the 2 weeks. Clean your skimmer cup, place it back on, and keep it on the highest setting, because it will foam up. Dose the correct amount of Prazipro for your tank size. After 7 or 8 days. Dose again the correct amount for your tank size. After 15 days. Do a water change, stick a good carbon in(ROX.08) to pull it out, and return your collection cup to the normal height. The key is don't take anything offline that could have flukes in it. Everything needs to be treated. The first round of dosing is to kill the adults. 2nd round of dosing is to kill any larva that is now hatching after the first 7-8 days.
