I just did a freshwater bath on my Midas blenny & leopard wrasse.
Some white flukes came off but there were little brown round dots also. Almost the size of mini brown pellet food. Also some super tiny black - prob black ich for that one.
Thoughts. Of course I already dumped the water so no pics.

Unfortunately pics under white lighting are the most helpful tool for assessment. What fell off if flukes will look like little fish scales or sesame seeds.
For better verification, some things you will see with flukes are :
Rapid breathing, fish acting lethargic or swimming near the water surface, hiding in the corner of tank or behind rocks, loss of appetite, shaking its head, flashing/darting, develop clamped fins, , or scratching against objects. They may also exhibit what looks like yawning from gill irritation develop, cloudy eyes and loss of color .
For both flukes and black ich, Praziquantel - PraziPro is the treatment but I never like to recommend a treatment without confirmation.

I do have pics - didn’t toss the last bath

It sounds like your fish have 'flukes' and 'black trematodes'. The black ones are not that important - I would treat the fish with Prazipro (or equivalent) - either way

I just added Ruby reef - rally pro & kick ich pro. Hopefully that takes care of it. I’ll do the other fish also.
Thanks

Those meds won't effectively treat flukes or turbellarians (black ich). The FW dip will buy you some time, but you'll need to use Prazipro for the flukes. Turbellarians don't always respond to prazi (there are different species that cause this) but in many cases, that issue just goes away on its own.
