Seems happy? Just ate great.... no cloudy eyes or itching or doing anything weird. He is just swimming an being a great tank janitor. Do you think it’s flukes? He is in my display tank so I would likely treat the entire tank with prazipro if so. I wasn’t sure if they were possibly battle scars or something because they are only on one side of his face?

Give the tang a freshwater bath in a VERY clean bucket for about 4-5 minutes. With a flashlight, look on bottom and see if you see what looks like sesame seeds. If so, flukes. If not, likely protozoan.

Did a freshwater dip. Didn’t really see anything fall off though. Local fish store didn’t think it was ich either and gave me some anti biopics to feed. I picked up prazi pro as a last resort though. Any other possible ideas? It’s just on his head no where else on his body appetite and behavioral is normal. Minus he might be like shimmying in the sand bed ? Any other ideas?
