Will flukes spread to other fish in QT. I've had three tangs in QT for a month with copper thought I was going to start putting them in DT then I did a freshwater dip and seen one fluke come out of the big yellow tang.

Yes they will. I’d treat with general cure in quarantine 5-6 days apart, wait 12-24 hours after after treatment, then add them to the display tank.

Thanks for the help. Should i do a 25% water change before second round of GC like on day three? If I was worried about a fox face in my DT having flukes can I use GC food soak method or should I try to get him in QT today?

QT would be best because GC soaked food is better for internal parasites where as treated the water column with GC is most effective with flukes.

So we dont have to keep the tank empty for 76 days?

I'm not sure if my fox face has flukes but he was in the QT with the tang for three days. Sure hope I don't have to go 76 days again!

The display tank needs to run fallow for ich velvet and brook. For flukes, no.
