Flukes?

Just noticed these 2 weird spots on the top fin of my new Naso. Any idea what this could be?

No treatment for Lympho. It is a virus. Kind of like herpes for fish. Good water quality and foods supplemented with vitamins can help. If it is Lympho it can come and go over time. Key thing is watching for it around the gils area or eyes. If it builds up too much it looks like cauliflower and can inhibit vision or breathing if around the gills.
