Flukes?

Added a new fish last night, first in some time. Tang went through 4 weeks in copper and I dosed prazi pro after a couple weeks. Didn’t see any signs of concern so added it to the tank. Not sure if I missed it in the poor light or what, but this looks like it has flukes now, just want to confirm before any measures are taken. Large white spots on the fins.

I’ll try that again later maybe. Already trashed a bunch of the tank wasting time trying to catch it for a dip earlier. What other possibilities are there for what it can be?
