I'm not sure of which fluke. I made a post in regards to my clownfish having red bumps and my fish scratching in the sand and you suggested it could be flukes. Which I believe was correct due to dipping in rodi, I had seen little fingernail looking things. I went and purchased api general cure and will be dosing the tank tonight. Maybe that will help.It depends on the type of fluke you are dealing with; Neobenedenia is the larger one, and is an egg-laying species, very difficult to treat in a DT. The other common species are Gryrodactylids - they can often be treated with Prazipro in the DT. However, you need to increase aeration, and this drug is simply not 100% reef safe, so expect some collateral damage with more delicate inverts.

GoodnessFluke worms can be treated with Prazipro. Remove carbon, turn off skimmer, increase O2 and circulation. I treated my butterflies for about 10 days and it worked great. Freshwater dip will show them dropping off the fish.

This is so stressful. My flukes didn't look like that though. Those are Neobenedenia - Prazipro won't kill their eggs, and so there is a very commonly a rebound of the Neo after about 4 to 6 weeks.
