Flukes?

Are these flukes on my convict tang? It’s right in front of the 3rd stripe from its face. Also is a pic included from when I got him from the store for comparison.

Can you take some pics under white light?
Flukes usually do not show as distinct spots, more often the fish just appear a bit worn and tattered, sometimes with cloudy eyes. That said, if you didn't treat the fish with anything, it very easily could have flukes as well as whatever is causing this spot.

He’s flashing too, swimming violently sometimes
 
I can't say for sure if the lesions are from flukes, but the strong flashing is usually a sign of flukes. You should consider treating the tank with praziquantel of prazipro. Have you done that before?

Currently treating with copper, but I did just do a fresh water dip on him for about 5mins.

Copper won't help with flukes. The FW dip may provide some temporary relief (although the flashing may get a bit worse and then get better).
