Fluorescent specs

Tonight I noticed a few green fluorescent specs in the tank. The green is the exact same color as one of my leptos but they are a decent distances away from it. Any idea what it could be? That spec is about 8 inches away from the lepto but the other one is about two feet away.

Just went back to the tank and one of the specs had released from the rock was blowing around in the current. Some sort of pest?

do you have a torch/hammer coral in your tank by chance? sometimes little piece of their tentacles get blown off by strong flow and it looks just like your picture IME.
