I would not worry about a little silica. It doesn't dissolve super readily, and some dissolved silicate is fine (I dosed it regularly).

Ah, ok.

It is probably Ok:

Lab grade chemicals possess reasonable purity but do not comply with any official standard for quality or purity like the ACS Grade, the USP Grade, or the FCC Grade.

but if you can find one of those other grades, it may give more confidence.

How fast are you finding it to deplete?
