Flush Valve pass through

I set up my RODI (BRS 5 stage premium plus 100gpd) last night and the flush valve is leaking through. Almost full strength flow comes out no matter if the valve is open or closed. Closing it does reduce the flow a little bit, but product line had nothing coming out. This was after running for 10 minutes with the valve open and closed. Is that normal? All I did was mount it and connect supply and product lines.

First thing we'd have to ask is if the flush valve is installed correctly and are the canisters completely filled.

Mine looks exactly as pictures and the canisters are all full.

Could be the handle dislocated from the actual ball. I will contact brs ask them about that.

There should be water coming out of the waste line with it open or closed. With it “closed” it just restrict the line. What is the pressure with it open and with it closed?
