Depending on what you're planning on doing with it, you may consider updated lighting arrangements. The return pump will do you fine until it won't anymore.
As for the tank it self, it's a glass box that will serve as well as most for any marine / fw habitat.
If it fits the size and budget, there's no stopping you!
What is your stand like? Be sure it can support the weight. And if you don't have a stand already, then maybe it is time to consider a tank with a sump?
