Fluval Evo 13.5 Help Please

Hi my fluval evo 13.5 has been running for around 4.5months now and i recently transferred my two clowns and one of my helfrich firefish from my other 14 gallon tank to this one (larger helfrichi is still in my 14 gallon as he was being a bully to the smaller one even though i bought them as a bonded pair).
Upgrades: Sicce 1.0 pump, inTank media basket for 1st chamber, Kessil 80, Koralia 240, Neo therm 50W stable 78.2 temp. All parameters stable.

I have a few questions:

1) What is the best placement for my koralia 240 and the outflow nozzles? My tiny BTA has made his home in that little spot at the top of the rocks and im wondering if the flow is too direct where the powerhead is right now.

2) When I use the inTank media basket the flow in the back chambers is significantly lower, is this fine? And is there anyway to make it higher?

3) Is it fine to leave my helfrichi by himself as the only fish in my other 14 gallon tank?

1. Nems are weird. If it settled there, is not too much.

2 not 100%sure what you mean. As long as the flow is not restricted it's fine. If it was too restricted the levels in the other chambers would drop completely or one would overflow.

3 yea. Prob fine. I only have 2 fish in my 30 gal.
