Fluval evo 13.5 home-made fuge

I had a bad crash in my evo, and lost almost everything in the span of a week. I am currently re-cycleing the tank. I’m going to take it slow and try new methods to make the tank more stable.

The refugeum is made from a cheap amazon breeder box. I painted the outside black so that the reverse lighting schedule won’t bother the fish

That's a cool idea. I just set one up a few months ago. My only worry with your idea is how thin the glass on the evo is and adding the extra weight.
