I have a 90 gal. But I want to start a nano so I need some ideas. I don't want a SPS tank my 90 is that. Any pictures and ideas are welcome thank you.

I had a fluval evo 13.5 before but it sadly died this summer because of a faulty pump. I would DEFINITELY recommend getting a tank bigger than the evo like at least 20 or 30 gallons a small evo is way too hard the parameters were always off and it was hard to clean. IF you end up getting a evo i would recommend switching out the pump, getting a new light and hood, and getting the skimmer, then maybe getting an external canister filter.

I think something like the 20 peninsula that IM makes would be better in a lot of ways. More real estate and might be able to have more stability with some more gallons helping in that department.

As far as corals go. Ive toyed with the idea of an encrusting lps tank. I think that would be awesome.

I have bought it already and I'm going with it now. Like I said I have 90 with alot of SPS. This I want simple not packed thanks

Hey you should replicate what Maritza did here in a gallon, only don’t use as much sps / swap for lps or softs. Or nps corals

Since the evo is 13x bigger and can house a goby it’ll run really well on weekly water changes alone of a few gallons. I wouldn’t know how to dose them correctly for calcium / alk if a less work method is wanted but decent work of weekly 4 gallons I think it’ll run years. Feed only just before the cleaning, not as a continual daily sink/ trick for small tank longevity

What if your tank was one big pipe organ coral colony as a focus tank
