I’m thinking about upgrading from a stick light to something bigger for a wider variety of corals
I was thinking about a AI Prime
What kind of corals could this grow
What are the best settings

i agree an AI Prime is probably the most suitable candidate for your nano. They supposedly have enough intensity that they can grow sps corals which means you're basically covered to grow whatever you want.
Settings are often dependant on mounting height and the corals being grown so its usually an answer best suited to a par meter but in general i'd start low and see how the corals respond.
