I have one to. Love it! I opted to not use the included light although it's really not a bad light..

Welcome, and looking forward to you getting your feet wet in this hobby. Starting with a nano tank has its own difficulties so my best advice is to have patience. You've already taken one of the best steps you could by finding this resource.

yes for now, not in a rush, and u dont need light for cycling will upgrade later
This is a great ethic to keep along the way as well as frequently monitoring your parameters and water quality, with less water volume a lot can happen real fast. I would recommend adding a few pounds of mature live rock or rubble to your aquascape once you've cycled, it will bolster the tank's biodiversity. Starting with a nano is really testing and rewarding at the same time. It'll definitely keep you on your toes for a little bit! Good luck, we're glad to have you on the salty side. Welcome to R2R!

Looking forward to seeing the progress on this. I've always had a soft spot for smaller reef tank setups.

I have one, it is a really fun and has many upgrades that you can do. You will most likely need a better light, I have a ai 16 hd prime that will be perfect for that tank
